Trading Journal is built around private user workspaces, server-side access checks, and Stripe-managed billing. This page documents what the product currently does, without pretending external setup is already complete.
Trade records are scoped to your signed-in user account. The app does not publish trades or share them publicly.
Stripe checkout and the billing portal handle payment details. The app stores subscription status and plan references, not card numbers.
CSV export is available for plans with export access and only exports the authenticated user's own trades.
The help widget is a self-serve support panel with an email link. It does not claim live human or AI support.
Google OAuth requires real Google credentials and callback testing.
Stripe checkout requires test-mode products, prices, and webhook verification before paid users are considered ready.
Production deployment still needs final hosting environment variables, domain configuration, and smoke QA.
